NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Manchester Fuel Depot, is negotiating as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for the procurement of a firm fixed price supply type contract to provide Kerotest atmospheric valves. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 6/22/2021 with a closing date on or about 6/29/2021. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website: https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. Complete description will be specified in the solicitation when posted. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. To be negotiated on a Brand Name basis for Kerotest products per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the SAM.gov website.
