This acquisition will be negotiated on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Siemens Government Technologies dba Dresser-Rand per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award of firm-fixed price SUPPLY type contract is anticipated. The required delivery date is 4 WEEKS ARO.
