The requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial items under FAR Parts 12 and 15. This procurement is for services to provide warehouse support, logistics support and ammunition handling, storage and transportation support. An ammunition certification program is required. The government estimates 22 personnel to fulfil this requirement. This requirement will be a six month bridge in order to allow enough time for a competitive acquisition. Period of performance is 01 October 2020 through 31 March 2021 at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor, Silverdale WA 98315.
