NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is intending to solicit a firm fixed-price service type bridge contract for telecommunications infrastructure maintenance, support and installation in Japan, Singapore, Korea, Diego Garcia and Hawaii for a base of nine months with a three-month option. This is a sole source procurement under FAR Part 13.5 to the incumbent VT Milcom. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 10 August 2020. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on Beta Sam Website https://beta.sam.gov/. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed.
