NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound will issue a solicitation for Technical Representative Services to provide technical oversight for the maintenance of a Caley Davit on-board an Amphibious Transport Dock in the U.S Naval Ship Repair Facility- Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC). This requirement will be solicited under unrestricted sole source basis to the OEM, Caley Ocean Systems Limited. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the solicitation, or submit their proposal prior to the proposal due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to beta.sam.gov on or about 30 March 2020, with proposals due by 03 April 2020. All subsequent amendments will too be posted to beta.sam.gov. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluations will be conducted utilizing 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and frequently monitor the posting for any subsequent amendments. The Government is not responsible for any offerors’ inability to access the posted documents. The Government will not mail or fax any hard-copy of the solicitation/amendments.
