The area of responsibility will be Nava... NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price SERVICE- type contract for On-site Telecommunications Operations and Maintenance. The area of responsibility will be Naval Station Everett, Everett WA and several other surrounding naval facilities. This will be a 100% small business set aside solicitation. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 07 February 2020. NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound intends to use a best value trade off evaluation in this procurement. The period of performance is a 50-week base period, 15 May 2020 through 30 April 2021, and a two-week phase in option, 01 May 2020 through 14 May 2020, which will only be exercised if the incumbent is not the awardee, and four subsequent one-year option periods that would provide services through 30 April 2025. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
