Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure a requirement for shore power cable assemblies. This procurement will be made utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures and it is anticipated a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. The anticipated date of award is 18 September 2020. It is anticipated that solicitation N0040620Q0348 will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website on or about 17 August 2020 with the quotes due on or about 04 September 2020. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website: http://www.beta.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
