NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of CNRNW Fire & Emergency Services is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type multi-year contract to provide continuing education courses to be provided to 187 EMS responding firefighters in the Washington Puget Sound area for National Registry EMT and advanced-EMT certification renewals. This will be a base year contract with up to (4) option years. Minimum requirements: Online live and interactive instruction through distance learning which meets National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians NCCP recertification approved by Navy Region Northwest (NRNW) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Medical Program Director (MPD). The web based application to include: dedicated client manager, ongoing support, ongoing onsite training, curriculum design tools, LCMS access, hosting, setup, training and 24/7/365 access to technical support group. Vendor will provide unlimited access to all virtual and self-paced online EMS, OSHA and fire training content, and a secure site for administering exams. Contractor to also provide unlimited client content upload and custom content production support, unlimited web meetings and webinars utilizing adobe connect and web camera. Platform enhancements and upgrades must be performed during the period of performance to ensure access to contents on the Navy's NMCI system. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 12/6/2019 with a closing date on or about 12/12/2019. Complete description in solicitation when posted. This Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the beta.SAM.gov website.
