This is a requirement for Technical Representative Services to support the installation, flushing, and testing of specific assemblies. The services will be performed on-site at the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) in Yokosuka, Japan. The government anticipates posting the solicitation on or about 17 October 2019. It will be solicited on an unrestricted, sole-source basis to Rolls-Royce Marine North America, though all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price service type contract.
