Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure services for updating the SWFPAC Maximo software. This acquisition will be procured on a sole source basis with Interloc Solutions, Inc. per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures for an expected a commercial, Firm, Fixed-Price Service Contract. The anticipated date of award is 24 September 2019. The requested period of performance is 24 September 2019 - 23 September 2020. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement of submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that solicitation N0040619Q0403 will be posted to the NECO website on or about 12 September 2019 with the quotes due on or about 17 September 2019. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
