NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for Enamel, Thinner, Grout Coat. 5 CLINS. This acquisition will be a single award (must quote all items to be considered) Lowest price technically acceptable with the best delivery will be considered first. The requirement will be FOB origin using WSS/FACTSP for shipping. No shipping costs will be incurred by the offerors. This requirement to be solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, commercial basis, under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award under this procurement will be made to the technically acceptable offeror which provides the best value to the Government, past performance, price and delivery will be considered. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 30 August 2019 with proposals due by 05 September 2019. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC PS.
