Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure services for a Class B overhaul of a 15 Ton Bridge Crane for LSD 48. This acquisition will be procured on a sole source basis with Lake Shore Systems per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures for an expected a commercial, Firm, Fixed-Price Service Contract. The anticipated date of award is 17 September 2019. The requested period of performance is 17 September 2019 - 16 September 2020. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement of submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 12 August 2019 with the quotes due on or about 03 September 2019. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
