The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source procurement under FAR 6.302-1 for NSN 7R-1680-016216686-EY, TDP VER 002, quantity 15 EA, delivery FOB origin. Contract documents are considered issued when mailed, faxed, or sent electronically, and the contractor’s proposal acceptance constitutes bilateral agreement to that issuance. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted, and all terms and conditions follow an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Specifications and standards are available from DODSSP/ASSIST-Online, though patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not stocked at DODSSP. Interested responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; this is not a request for competitive proposals, and the Government will use responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, while FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures are not being used but commercial-item interest/capability may still be identified.
