The Navy requires 45 each of NSN 7R-1680-015240941-H1, TDP VER 001, delivered FOB Origin. This flight-critical part requires Government source approval and must be acquired from an approved source because the approved source(s) retain essential design, manufacturing, or repair data not economically available to the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1, and only previously approved sources have been solicited. Non-approved sources must submit Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal; failure to provide required data will make an offer ineligible for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at award, and Free Trade Agreements/Trade Agreements may apply.
