NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to establish a new 5-year Long Term Contract on a sole-source basis with LIMCO-AIREPAIR INC for repair support of a V-22 heat exchanger, air (NIIN 014764602, P/N 10738800-3). The Government has no drawings/data and states LIMCO-AIREPAIR is the OEM and only known approved source; non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. UID requirements and Buy American clauses will apply, and FAR Part 15 procedures will be used rather than FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures. This is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and while it is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for the Government to consider.
