NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp (CAGE 70974, Melbourne, FL) for repair of parts listed in Attachment A. The repair BOA will cover a five-year period. The procurement will be processed under FAR Part 15 and FAR 6.302-1, as NGC is the only known source for this repair support. Although the notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for consideration. NGC will be solicited on or after 16 OCT 2026.
