NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement for spare, repair, and FMS support over a five-year period, covering repair of the parts identified in Attachment A. The notice names Northrop Grumman Systems Corp, CAGE 70974, Melbourne, FL, as the intended solicitation recipient, while also stating BAE is the only known source for repair support. The procurement will be processed under FAR Part 15 and FAR 6.302-1, and all responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements for consideration. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or after October 16, 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and any decision not to compete remains within the Government’s discretion.
