NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis with Lockheed Martin (03640) for repair of one radar receiver-transmitter (P/N 300A380-4, NSN 7R5841016691341). No drawings/data are available, and the Government does not own the data rights needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation; non-approved manufacturers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), and the repair will not be delayed for SAR approval. The effort will use FAR Part 15 procedures, is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and will be conducted electronically via NECO with no telephone requests or hard copies.
