NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support intends a sole-source repair of 37 mechanical actuators (NSN 7RH 1680 014262842 V2, P/N SYLC-51518-2) with FOB origin delivery to GE Aviation Systems LLC, the OEM and only known source, using FAR Part 12 commercial procedures. No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the data rights needed to purchase from additional sources. Other responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, and the requirement will not be delayed to await SAR approval.
