The Government requires 101 each of NSN 7R-1650-014552591-QF (TDP VER 005), delivered FOB origin. The item is flight critical and requires Government source approval by the design control activity prior to contract award; only previously approved sources have been solicited, and those sources retain essential design, manufacturing/repair, or technical data. Non-approved sources must submit the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure data with their offer, or evidence of a pending source approval request, and offers lacking required data will not be considered. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets the qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1.
