This is a pre-solicited sole-source repair requirement for five aircraft seat frames (NSN 7R-1680-016986032-H5, P/N 06500-01800-113) to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., the OEM and only known source, with delivery FOB origin. No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the data rights needed to purchase from additional sources. Other responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, but this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source under FAR Part 15. Non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, and the requirement will not be delayed for SAR approval. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the solicitation will be posted electronically on the Government-wide Point of Entry.
