The contractor must perform all repairs/upgrades at the facility identified in the SOW, with the listed repair source/location being Rockwell Collins-ESA Vision Sys., 4700 Marine Creek Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76179. The contractor is responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment unless specifically Government furnished, and must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, process-control documentation, and packaging requirements. BER, MOI, and over-and-above repair determinations require DCMA written concurrence and PCO disposition before work proceeds; cannibalization is not authorized unless specifically approved by NAVSUP WSS and the BDE.
