This requirement is for repair/overhaul, testing, and inspection of Digital Receiver MO units (NSN 1680-01-599-1106, P/N 5204400-105) in accordance with approved Raytheon drawings, manuals, and specifications, with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and quality controls unless Government-furnished. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration program, configuration management, purchasing/receiving controls, records, and CAV reporting, and must use MIL-STD-130 markings and MIL-STD-2073 packaging as applicable. RTAT is measured from asset return to Government acceptance, and the contractor must propose RTATs and monthly throughput; induction expires 365 days after contract award, after which assets are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. The SOW lists Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Boulevard, El Segundo, CA 90245-3507, as the repair source/location, and repairs must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, with PCO approval required for source/facility or manual/drawing changes. Determinations such as Beyond Economic Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair require written DCMA concurrence and PCO direction before proceeding.
