The requirement is for repair/upgrade, testing, and inspection of CONTROL AND STATUS MO, NSN 1680-01-582-7988, P/N 5204500-100-105, returning units to Ready for Issue condition per Northrop Grumman drawings/specifications and approved repair manuals. Repair performance is identified at Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., 2000 W NASA Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32904-2322, and the contractor must perform repairs/upgrades at the facility identified in the SOW. The contractor must meet a contractual repair turnaround time measured from asset receipt to Government acceptance, provide a monthly throughput constraint, and complete inductions within 365 days after contract award. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, tooling, test equipment, and facilities unless Government-furnished property is expressly provided, and must maintain ISO 9001/AS9100-equivalent quality, calibration, configuration management, and Commercial Asset Visibility reporting. Marking and packaging requirements include MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-2073, with Government inspection/acceptance and possible repair assessment testing.
