The contractor must supply facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling, and maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration, configuration management, and proper storage. A 12-month warranty applies, and throughput constraints must be provided per NSN/month; BER, OAR, and MOI items may require DCMA/PCO approval and are generally outside the contract price.
