NAVSUP WSS anticipates a follow-on five-year requirements contract for repair coverage of items listed in Attachment A/Exhibit A, including NSNs, part numbers, nomenclature, and estimated yearly quantities. The repair items are flight critical and/or lack adequate technical data for full and open competition, so Government source approval is required before contract award. The only qualified source identified is BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration Inc. (CAGE 19397), and only previously approved sources have been solicited. Non-approved sources must submit the technical data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their offers; offers missing required data or proof of prior submission will not be considered. If source approval cannot be completed in time or approval requirements prevent timely delivery, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs.
