NAVSUP WSS seeks a contractor to repair/overhaul, test, and inspect AIR FILTER DRYER assemblies (P/N A207-18899, NSN 7RH 1680 016504191 P8) to Ready-for-Issue condition under RIX Industries drawing A207-18899, latest revision, and MIL-STD-130. Pricing may be firm-fixed or TT&E with estimated repair costs, and proposals should state the proposed repair turnaround time and any capacity constraints. Contractors are responsible for all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment unless Government Furnished Material is specifically identified; cannibalization is not authorized unless approved by NAVSUP WSS and BDE. Repair/upgrade work must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, with the listed repair source/location being RIX Industries, 4900 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510-1006 (CAGE 28953). The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, storage, and documentation controls, and BER/MOI/OAR conditions require DCMA concurrence and PCO direction before proceeding.
