NAVSUP WSS seeks repair/overhaul of a moisture separator (NSN 7RH 1680 016504184 P8) to Ready for Issue condition in accordance with Rix Industries drawing A208-C3279, latest revision, and MIL-STD-130 markings. Contractors should quote either firm-fixed-price or TT&E pricing with estimated repair costs and must propose a Repair Turnaround Time and note any capacity constraints. The contractual RTAT runs from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility, as recorded in CAV, to Government acceptance, and the contractor must report receipt transactions in CAV by the fifth regular business day after receipt. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW; the listed repair source/location is Rix Industries, 4900 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510-1006. The contractor must supply all parts/material unless GFM is specified, maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and calibration systems, and obtain PCO/DCMA approvals for changes, BER, MOI, OAR, or cannibalization as described.
