NAVSUP WSS is seeking a full repair of the Piston Tube Assembly (NSN 1680-01-517-7573, P/N 901-036-136-105) to Ready for Issue condition in accordance with specified drawings, manuals, and industry standards. The Government’s required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 116 days from asset return to acceptance, with accelerated delivery encouraged and price reductions for inexcusable late delivery. The identified repair source/performance location is The Boeing Company, 100 S Stewart Avenue, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania 19078-1001 USA (Cage 77272), with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin handled by Navy CAV/ProxyCAV. The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing, and inspection, and maintain quality/calibration/configuration management systems such as ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and MIL-I-45208A/MIL-Q-9858 or equivalent. Quotes must be for the full repair (no evaluation-only), and the RFQ also requests pricing for repair, BR/BER testing and evaluation, and potential RTAT price-reduction amounts.
