This is a Navy procurement for items that require Government source approval prior to award. Offerors not already approved must submit the information specified in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their offer; incomplete submissions will not be considered. If source approval cannot be processed in time or would prevent meeting Government requirements, award may still proceed based on fleet support needs. The requirement includes a 12-month warranty, with defects to be reported within 60 days of discovery, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. Contract documents are considered issued when mailed, faxed, or sent electronically, and Government acceptance of the contractor’s proposal forms a bilateral agreement to issue them.
