The Navy requires repair/overhaul, testing, inspection, and upgrade of FUEL CELL, AFT SPONS (P/N 320-4-51408-101; NSN 1680-01-494-3009) to a Ready for Issue condition, with all repairs performed at Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc., 669 Goodyear Avenue, Rockmart, Georgia 30153-2554. The contractor must supply the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment unless Government-furnished property/material is specified, and must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system, calibration program, configuration management, receiving inspection, and records. Government source approval is required prior to award; offerors not already approved must submit the NAVSUP WSS source approval brochure information with their proposals. Pricing shown is $17,411.00 per unit and $139,288.00 total for 8 each. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred, and a 12-month warranty applies with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery.
