NAVSUP WSS requires overhaul/repair, upgrade, testing, and inspection of aircraft fuel cell assemblies (P/N 320-4-51303-103; NSN 1680-01-530-7265) to Ready for Issue condition, with the contractor supplying facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling unless Government-furnished. Performance is identified at Axillon Aerospace (Rockmart), LLC, 669 Goodyear Avenue, Rockmart, Georgia 30153-2554 (CAGE 56221), and repairs must follow approved drawings/specifications, configuration management, and a quality system meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 plus calibration requirements. Non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal; missing data may preclude award, and the Government may proceed with award based on fleet support needs if source approval cannot be completed in time. The contractor must maintain quality control, receiving inspection, nonconforming-material, IRB/MRB, BER/MOI/OAR, and historical-record processes, retain inspection evidence for 12 months after acceptance, and provide a 12-month warranty with a 60-day post-discovery notification requirement. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
