The requirement is for overhaul, upgrade, repair, testing, inspection, and acceptance of aircraft fuel cells (P/N 320-4-51303-102; NSN 7RH 1680-01-482-7143 V2) to Ready for Issue condition per technical drawings, specifications, and repair manuals. The contractor must provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, quality control compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the SOW-identified facility: Axillon Aerospace (Rockmart), LLC, 669 Goodyear Avenue, Rockmart, Georgia 30153-2554, Cage 56211, with Government inspection on contractor equipment. The contractor is responsible for all parts/material unless Government Furnished, including purchased-material control, receiving inspection, nonconforming-material/IRB/MRB handling, and BER/MOI/OAR determinations requiring DCMA and PCO approvals. A 12-month warranty applies, and inspection records must be maintained for at least 12 months following end-item acceptance.
