The requirement is to repair, overhaul, upgrade, test, inspect, and return to Ready for Issue condition the Fuel Feed Cell, AIRC (P/N 320-4-50591-104; NSN 1680-01-529-3697 V2), with work to be performed at Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc., 669 Goodyear Avenue, Rockmart, Georgia 30153-2554. The contractor must provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling unless Government-furnished property is expressly provided, and must comply with technical drawings/specifications, MIL-STD-130 markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. A documented quality system meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 is required, along with calibration to ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent, receiving inspection, configuration management, and records/data retention. Special repair categories such as Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair require DCMA written concurrence and PCO disposition/authorization, and are not included in the contract price unless authorized. The Government may sample accepted repaired CLINs for assessment testing, and a 12-month warranty applies with defect discovery reported within 60 days.
