The Navy requires repair, overhaul, testing, inspection, and return-to-ready-for-issue work for aircraft fuel cells (NSN 1680-01-482-6919, P/N 320-4-51303-101), performed to technical drawings, specifications, and repair manuals. Work is to be performed at the specified repair source/location: Meggitt (Rockmart), Inc., 669 Goodyear Avenue, Rockmart, Georgia 30153-1554 (Cage 56221), and the contractor must identify the source/division and actual work location. Government source approval is required prior to award; non-approved sources must submit the required source approval information, and offers lacking required data will not be considered. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent quality system, calibration system, configuration management, receiving inspection, and records/documentation controls, and must supply all parts/material unless identified as Government furnished. A 12-month warranty applies, with discovered defects to be addressed within 60 days after discovery; early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
