If a source approval request is already under evaluation, the offer must include a copy of the cover letter that forwarded the request. Offers that fail to provide all required source-approval data or document prior submission of that data will not be considered for award. If source approval cannot be completed in time to meet Government requirements, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs.
