The requirement is for one unit with delivery FOB origin, and the item is flight critical, requiring Government source approval prior to contract award; only previously approved sources have been solicited. If you are not an approved source, you must submit the information detailed in the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure (Spares or Repair) with your offer, and incomplete submissions will not be considered for award. If your source approval request is already under evaluation, include a copy of the cover letter that forwarded it. Because new-source approval normally cannot be completed in time to delay award, the Government may proceed based on Fleet support needs if approval requirements preclude timely delivery.
