The Government seeks a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item, quantity 5 EA, with delivery FOB Origin. Because the item is flight critical and/or the technical data is inadequate to support full and open competition, Government source approval is required before contract award and only previously approved sources have been solicited. If you are not an approved source, you must submit the information required by the applicable NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Information Brochure (Spares or Repair) with your offer, or document prior submission of that data. Offers that fail to provide all required source approval data will not be considered for award, and if source approval cannot be processed in time or approval requirements preclude timely availability, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and/or the WTO Government Procurement Agreement if the cited DFARS clauses are included.
