Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the time needed to approve a new source normally cannot be allowed to delay award. If the bidder is not an approved source, it must submit the information required by the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with its offer; if a source approval request is already under evaluation, include the cover letter that forwarded it. Offers that fail to provide all required source approval data will not be considered, and award may proceed based on Fleet support needs if approval cannot be completed in time to meet Government requirements. The requirement is for 8 EA with delivery FOB origin.
