NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia seeks eligible contractors to repair one electric warming oven for a Navy P8 aircraft for the United Kingdom, including required labor, materials, and facilities. The Government intends to solicit only Aviation Communication & Surveillance Systems as a sole source under FAR 6.302-1 because it does not possess or cannot provide the data needed for the repairs or manufacture. Responsible sources may identify interest and submit capability statements, but this is not a request for competitive proposals. Source approval is required, award will not be delayed pending approval of a new source, and non-approved sources must include the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair package with their proposal.
