The contractor must meet a required repair turnaround time of 130 days after receipt of each asset, and no assets may be inducted after 365 days from contract award without bilateral agreement. The contractor must be an approved Government source or submit the required source approval documentation with its proposal; offers lacking the required data will not be considered, though award may proceed based on fleet support needs if source approval cannot be processed in time. A warranty of 12 months applies, with defects discoverable up to 60 days after discovery. Throughput constraints must be provided per NSN, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
