NAVSUP WSS requires repair/upgrade of two COMPUTER SYSTEM,DIG units (NIIN 016480392 / NSN 7010016480392, P/N NCA7-3-53333) to Ready for Issue condition, with a required repair turnaround time of 60 days after receipt of asset, an induction expiration 365 days after contract award, and a 12-month warranty (defect discovery notification within 60 days). The contractor must provide the necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling unless Government Furnished Property is expressly provided; early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. Work is to be performed at the contractor’s specified repair source/location, identified as Hexagon Mfg Intelligence Inc., 250 Circuit Dr, North Kingstown, RI 02852-7441. Government source approval is required prior to award, and non-approved sources must provide the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information. A firm-fixed-price quote is requested; if FFP cannot be determined, the contractor must inform the PCO, and the contractor must meet quality/configuration requirements including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and NAVSUP WSS configuration management.
