The Government requires four each of a flight-critical part that must come from Government-approved sources due to unique design, engineering, manufacturing/repair knowledge, and data rights. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Non-approved sources must submit the information required by the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their offer; offers lacking required data or prior submission documentation will not be considered. Responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, but this is not a request for competitive proposals and any decision to compete is at the Government’s discretion. Delivery is FOB origin.
