The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, tooling, and quality systems (including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration, and configuration management) unless Government Furnished Property is expressly identified. Work is to be performed at the identified repair source/location: Hamilton Sundstrand Corp, 1007 E University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034-6513. The SOW includes special handling for Beyond Economical Repair (repair cost exceeding 75% of replacement price), Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair, with DCMA/PCO concurrence or authorization required before proceeding. Marking, packaging, receiving inspection, purchased-parts control, and enclosed storage requirements also apply.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 for two units of a flight-critical part, delivered FOB origin. The item requires Government engineering source approval, and only previously approved sources have been solicited because they retain essential design, manufacturing, or repair data. New sources must qualify under design control activity procedures and submit the required NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure documentation with their offer. Offers lacking required source approval data will not be considered, and if source approval cannot be completed in time, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
