NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole-source basis for Foreign Military Sales repair of one H1 aircraft actuator (NSN 7RH 1680 015575013, part number 41011830-109). The government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source under FAR 6.302-1 and expects award to the approved source; non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration, normally to determine whether competitive procurement is warranted. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and electronic procedures will be used.
