NAVSUP WSS requires overhaul/upgrade, repair, testing, inspection, and acceptance of MODULATOR,RADIO TRA (NSN 5865-01-663-1882; P/N 2687200G002) to Ready for Issue condition per the latest technical publications and approved repair procedures. The contractor must provide facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling, maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration systems, and perform work at the identified repair source/location: L3 Harris Technologies Inc., 77 River Rd, Clifton, NJ 07014. Government source approval is required prior to award; non-approved sources must submit NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure data with their proposal or risk non-consideration, and the PCO must be informed if firm-fixed pricing cannot be determined. Special repair determinations such as Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair require DCMA/PCO coordination and may be excluded from or adjust contract pricing. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery.
