Government source approval is required prior to award, and non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their proposal, with award potentially proceeding on fleet-support needs if approval cannot be completed in time. The specified repair source/location is L3 Harris Technologies, 77 River Road, Clifton, NJ 07014, and the contractor must identify the actual source and location performing the work. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or ISO-10012-1 equivalent calibration system, and supplies carry a 12-month warranty with defects reported within 60 days after discovery.
