The Navy requires overhaul, repair, upgrade, testing, and inspection of Receiver, Countermeasure, NSN 5865-01-663-1881, P/N 2687100G002, in accordance with the latest revision technical publications and the SOW. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, with the listed repair source/location as L3 Harris Technologies, 77 River Road, Clifton, NJ 07014. Government source approval is required prior to award; non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their proposal or risk not being considered, and award may proceed based on fleet-support needs if source approval cannot be completed in time. Offerors unable to provide a firm-fixed price must inform the PCO, and supplied items carry a 12-month warranty with defects to be reported within 60 days of discovery.
