The Navy requires repair of an aircraft wing spoiler, P/N 74A326121-1010, with the NSN line listing QTY 4 EA and the repair line listing 2 EA, plus alternate quantities of 2, 5, 8, and 10 EA requested; delivery is FOB origin. Items must be manufactured, tested, and inspected in accordance with OEM CAGE 76823 latest drawings and/or revisions, and superseded items require validation/data request addressing interchangeability and/or BUNO applicability with an updated P/N. Non-OEM/manufacturer sources must submit traceability documentation, and all offerors must provide applicable cost data and material cost data if applicable. Government source approval is required prior to award; non-approved sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information or their offers will not be considered. If source approval cannot be completed in time to meet government requirements, award may proceed based on fleet support needs.
