This is a sole-source Navy requirement for repair, overhaul/upgrade, testing, and inspection of a Controller Monitor (P/N 1660733-1; NSN 7RH 1680 015665105) to Ready for Issue condition, with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling unless Government Furnished. The Government states it lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current source, and award requires Government Source Approval; non-approved sources must submit the information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal or risk not being considered. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the identified source location: Carleton Life Support Systems d/b/a Cobham Mission System, 2734 Hickory Grove Rd, Davenport, IA 52804-1203. The contractor must maintain quality systems consistent with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration controls, configuration management, purchased-parts inspection, and records. Proposals submitted in response must remain valid for at least 120 days following submission.
